Pictures from the DRUID January Conference 1998

The Winter seminar was held at Kongebrogården, Middelfart on Fyn, Denmark, 8th. - 10th. January 1998. The international scholars were Bo Carlsson, Rod Coombs, Edward Lorenz, G.B. Richardson, Mario Pianta and Pekka Ylæ Antilla. 17 papers representing more than 20 DRUID scholars were presented and commented by Danish colleagues and by the international scholars. As foreseen, the programme was quite dense and there were few opportunities to go into deeper discussions in the official sessions. But authors got useful feed-back on critical points and useful exchanges took place outside the sessions. A number of PhD students made important and remarkably good contributions both in terms of papers and in being discussants to papers.
